A completed entry form on which you have provided the following information: -A proposal of up to 500 words, demonstrating development beyond your current practice through the theme or medium of stitch. -A brief CV for each of the artists included on the proposal, which should give previous exhibitions, commissions, projects, and any relevant training or qualifications. -A supporting statement of up to 200 words outlining the current practice of the artists included in the proposal. Up to 10 professional quality 35mm slides to support your proposal. (DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS) OR Time-based media representing time-based work, limited to 10 mins.
